These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility: Entry is open to business account customers of Bestway wholesale in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), entrants must be aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:

Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.

Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; and

Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

Requirements: Purchase, wholesale business bank account, internet access and mobile phone are necessary to enter. Promotion only available at participating Bestway wholesale outlets. Maximum one (1) entry per valid purchase invoice. Please retain an original itemised invoice that states the time and date of purchase, as this will be required for the claim and in order for winners to receive their Prize.

Entrants who purchase Qualifying Products in their role as an employee of a business must have their employer's permission to enter this promotion or to accept the prize and must comply with any relevant procedures their employer has established, including any rules for participating in promotions. For the avoidance of doubt, an entrant is the person/entity named on the invoice.

Promotional Period: Purchase and enter between (Open) 00:00 GMT on 23rd May 2025 and (Closes) 23:59 GMT on 20th June 2025 inclusive (the “Closing Date”).

Entry Instructions: The mobile number must be linked to an active account with a recognised telephone services provider. The account holder must be the same person completing the Registration details indicated below.

Step 3 – From mcvitiesbestway50th.com, provide business details and upload a copy of a valid purchase receipt/invoice.
Step 4 – Valid entries have a chance of winning a monetary prize. The prize fund is detailed in Clause 10. Winners are notified instantly.
Step 5 – Winners will receive a link via text to the number provided in the entry. The link will request bank details to be provided. The bank account must be a business account relevant to the business named on the purchase invoice/receipt.
Step 6 – Subject to verification of the original purchase invoice showing the purchase of the promotional product, as per clause (14). Winners will receive their prize within 28 days via BACS transfer.

No third-party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. Entrants are advised to take care when entering their details; the Promoter is not responsible for mistypes.

Prizes: There are a total of five hundred (516) cash prizes available to be won instantly.
Winning Moments Prizes:
There is 1 x £500 and 5 x £50 cash prizes that are guaranteed to be won via open “Winning Moments”.
Instant Win Prizes:
There are chances to win 10 x £500 and 500 x £50 cash prizes via “Instant Win”. Please note that not all “Instant Win” prizes may be won.

Winner Selection:
£500 cash and £50 cash “Winning Moments”: During the main Promotional Period, 6 “winning moments” (hours, minutes, seconds), have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 6 winning moment prizes have been made available and it is intended that they will be won.
£500 cash and £50 cash “Instant Win”: Winners are determined by a computer-generated algorithm. Winners will be notified instantly, and the prize amount won will be displayed. Please note that not all “Instant Win” prizes may be won.

Winner Notification: Winners will receive a text message containing a link to provide bank details (see Clause 6 Step 5) and accept the prize. If the winner does not provide their details within 14 days of initial notification via text, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner.

Purchase necessary. Winners may be requested to provide the original purchase invoice/receipt of the copy uploaded on entry into the promotion. This invoice/receipt must pre-date entry and be within the promotional period. Any person attempting to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified.

There is no alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.

Prize Delivery: The Promoter’s agency will collect the winner’s name, business name, address and UK business bank details via a data collection form in the text sent to each winner. Cash prizes will be awarded via BACs within 28 days of a valid claim.

Winners are advised to discuss any HMRC liability incurred by winning a cash prize with their tax advisor.

Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may be prevented from providing some or all of the Prize elements due to unforeseen circumstances. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or cancel some or all of the Prize and neither the Promoter nor the Companies accept responsibility in these circumstances.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.

The Winners’ surnames and counties can be requested, by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to 8531 ‘Bestway 50th’ Winners List, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 20/06/2025.

Entrants acknowledge that when a third party asks for confirmation of a winner of a competition a Promoter is required to provide the name of that winner and the county that he or she lives in. Any winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter via email with the subject title ‘8531 Best way - Object’ at info@winners-list.com. In these circumstances, the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third party’s enjoyment of the prizes.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.

This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
